Commercial Property Solicitor

We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in Northamptonshire that is looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Commercial Property law professional to join an award-winning and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on buying, selling, or leasing property.

• Drafting and reviewing contracts like leases and sale agreements.

• Carrying out due diligence to check for any legal issues with the property.

• Negotiating terms of deals and agreements.

• Handling disputes between landlords and tenants or buyers and sellers.

• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

• Managing property transactions from start to finish.

• Providing advice on property finance and mortgage documents.

The successful candidate:

• NQ - 3 years PQE.
• Excellent at building client relationships and explaining legal matters clearly.
• Able to manage a diverse caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Business-minded with a proactive approach to development and growth.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and strong at problem-solving.
