A Legal 500 ranked firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its award-winning team.
Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid
Location: Any Office
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor
- Work on a broad range of commercial property matters including but not limited to:
- Buying and Selling
- Tenancy Agreements
- Leases
- Licences to assign and for alterations
- Joint Ventures
- Developments
- Assist senior fee earners and other team members on complex matters
- Manage own caseload independently
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor
- 2 years PQE or equivalent
- Experience in commercial property matters
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
