Commercial Property Locum

Job Description: A well-established law firm in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join their team in April.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review commercial leases, sale/purchase agreements, and other property-related contracts.
• Advise clients on property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.
• Handle disputes between landlords and tenants, advising on eviction, rent arrears, and lease breaches.
• Conduct property due diligence and support clients through all stages of property development.
• Work closely with other departments to offer integrated legal solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage your caseload and work efficiently under pressure.
