We are therefore looking to recruit a highly commercial, experienced director to support the senior management team in achieving our 2026 goal of £200m turnover and beyond.

The Role

  • Taking responsibility for commercial activities including business analysis, supporting sales leaders to drive sales performance and develop quality decision making
  • Advising on legal matters including commercial contracts, employment law for our contractors, as well as for internal staff, some commercial property matters
  • Identifying and advising on potential expansion planning, to include M&A
  • Leading on and building continuous improvement programmes in a high achieving sales/recruitment environment from an operational perspective

You will

  • LOVE the professional services sector, and hopefully, recruitment!
  • Be proven in a senior-level executive role and have a track record of implementing successful commercial improvements.
  • Be ambitious to progress in your career, always pushing yourself to achieve results.
  • Hold a professional qualification in either accounting OR legal
  • Have previously operated at board/senior executive level within a medium or large-sized business
