Our client, a Local Authority based in the South East is seeking a locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their Legal Services team from mid-October for a period of 12 months, to cover a maternity leave.

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer, able to commit to working 4 or 5 days per week. Ideally, the successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be able to attend the office on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer:

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for advising on, negotiating, and drafting a range of contracts and agreements, which may include;

  • Public health contracts
  • Construction and building contracts
  • IT contracts
  • Framework agreements
  • Concession Contracts
  • Collaboration Agreements
  • Funding Agreements
