Our client, a Local Authority is seeking a locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their legal services team on a remote working basis, for an anticipated period of at least 6 months.

This is a part-time position, for up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer:

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for advising on, drafting and negotiating a range of contracts and agreements on behalf of this Local Authority, which may include;

  • Terms and Conditions
  • Contracts for goods and services
  • Works Contracts
  • Framework Agreements
  • Service Level Agreements
