Clinical Negligence Locum

Sellick Partnership is seeking a skilled Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a well-established law firm in Worcester in March on a 6-month part-time FTC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical negligence law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex clinical negligence cases from start to finish.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients affected by medical errors or substandard care.
• Work with medical professionals, experts, and other legal teams to build strong cases.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of client care throughout the process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years PQE
• An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail
