Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-respected and friendly local authority that are seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join on a locum basis in the Midlands.
The successful Adult Care Lawyer will be required to take on a mixed caseload which may include matters such as:
- Safeguarding
- Mental health
- Advocacy
- COP Litigation
- Ordinary Residence
- Judical Review
- General queries
- 21 A's
This position can offer complete remote working for the duration of the placement, and they are also open to hybrid working if it is preferred to attend the office. In-person hearings would be a bonus to the organisation, however candidates that would need remote hearings due to location are still encouraged to apply.
Our client is looking for the successful adults social care lawyer to start as soon as possible. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
