At Sellick Partnership we are striving to improve the recruitment experience for all candidates and create an employment journey that is accessible for everyone. Our Diversity Champions are committed to ensuring our inclusion strategy is achieved internally, and we have recently undertaken externally delivered training to continue to develop and grow our knowledge and understanding of inclusive recruitment practices.
We want to take our D&I approach even further in 2023 by offering our clients support with their inclusion strategy through a review of their own recruitment strategies, with guidance on improving the inclusion within their processes and identifying the potential barriers in place.
To achieve this, we have created an inclusion checklist for our clients providing a starting point for the internal review of their recruitment processes.
