Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fundraising and initiatives stem naturally from our core values – and we are passionate about how our business can make a real, positive difference to the community and businesses around us.
Since our formation in 2002 we have worked with local and national charities, raising funds and supporting causes very close to our heart. As a business we are fully aware of the benefits that come with a well planned and executed CSR strategy, but we also want to show that we genuinely care about helping people – and we want our initiatives to demonstrate this.
We help people find their dream career every day, but also recognise that it is equally as important to help others and support the communities where we work. We feel a great sense of pride when our people come together and help us celebrate and support worthwhile causes throughout the UK.
To drive our CSR efforts forward, our team have devised several key strategic objectives to guide us toward our goals. These include:
Additionally, each year we actively encourage our employees to get involved in our ‘paid time off for charitable commitments’ where each member of the business is given a day of annual leave to support a charity or cause of their choice.
"I am incredibly proud to be the Board sponsor of the CSR Committee here at Sellick Partnership. The most rewarding aspect for me is engaging the business in fundraising and charitable initiatives to contribute and make a difference with local and national charities. A crucial element of corporate social responsibility is facilitating employees to engage in the local community; employees want to give back and have the opportunity to do so. Our initiatives are very accessible to allow our employees to contribute in a way that best suits them! Our Manchester office is partnering with Wood Street Mission this year; this has meant that together we have been able to plan our fundraising events for 2024 and really support their fantastic projects throughout".
We are committed to supporting our local communities through improving employability skills and reducing worklessness through the delivery of employability workshops. We work with our clients and partners to deliver these workshops to their service users or students across organisations including Universities, Colleges, Housing Associations and Professional membership bodies.
Below are some recent examples of employability workshops we have delivered across the UK. If you are interested in partnering with us, please contact us today.

At Sellick Partnership, we are committed to sustainability and responsible business practices. Over the past 12 months, we have dedicated significant effort to conducting a thorough review of our carbon footprint, in collaboration with our parent company, Samsic. This review has provided us with valuable insights into the environmental impact of our operations and has laid the groundwork for identifying key areas where we can reduce emissions and improve sustainability practices. By taking these important steps, we aim to not only enhance our environmental performance but also lead by example in fostering a more sustainable future for our employees, clients, and communities.
In September 2024, we participated in Sustainability Week as part of Samsic's wider initiative and employees across each of our offices got involved in:
