My current role as Head of Talent Acquisition & Wellbeing is to lead and manage the internal recruitment process at Sellick Partnership, delivering a proactive and professional service to both stakeholders and candidates.
My role involves promoting health and wellbeing to all internal stakeholders within the business, supporting individuals to lead a healthy and well-balanced working life. As well as leading The Wellbeing Team, I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider and certified First Aider.
I am a highly motivated, committed and passionate Learning & Development professional with experience of facilitation, training delivery and coaching. I am customer driven with a passion for people development and customer service and have the ability to motivate others and communicate with people cross functionally at all levels.
I have recruited across all levels within recruitment, varying from Apprentice level right the way through to Senior/Manager level, providing a wealth of talent across all of our fantastic teams here at Sellick Partnership.
