Meet the team

I applied to a role as a phone operator for County Hall, Cardiff City Council. From the start, I was in constant communication with Harry who ensured I was kept up to date with the process of my application, he even helped me with appropriate interview preparation which I feel helped me secure the position. Since the job offer, Harry remained in contact with me with start dates and any queries I had to the point I was fully at ease with my decision in taking the job. Since I have started, Harry has kept in contact with me to see how I’m doing in my new role and has been a great help.
