Overview of Danielle
I am a Resourcing Consultant in the In-House Legal Team at Sellick Partnership and have worked in the recruitment industry for three years. At Sellick Partnership, I support the business in a number of different ways from sourcing candidates for roles, helping candidates navigate the recruitment process along with providing assistance to the teams through posting advertisements and keeping on top of our market share. I am a well-rounded individual and have developed skills across a range of industries.
I started in the business as a Reception Administrator for two years which involved being the first point of contact that clients and candidates dealt with in the business, along with setting up internal meetings, interviews and events, which really helped to build the foundation of my career with Sellick Partnership.
In my current role as Resourcing Consultant, my day-to-day can include anything from registering candidates, taking interview feedback from both clients and candidates, to researching different organisations and finding prospective clients. Our In-House team specialises in permanent and temporary recruitment in various industries such as Utilities, Insurance, and Retail. We work across all areas of law and levels of experience. A key specialism I am currently working on is sourcing Private Client candidates for In-House Legal Service organisations.
Alongside this, I am also a certified Fire Marshall alongside a number of my other colleagues. This was a great challenge for me, and I really enjoyed the process – it’s a great feeling knowing I can help others in an emergency!
