Overview of Claire
I am an established and trusted recruiter, with over 16 years’ recruitment experience, and Associate Director at Sellick Partnership.
I joined the business to set up the Housing & Property Services division where we quickly established ourselves over various different regions and now, six years on, we have nationwide scope.
Over the years I have developed a reputation as someone who always provides the best solutions to meet my clients and candidates’ needs, based on a strong understanding and empathy of the challenges they face within their role, organisation and industry.
My team and I work with housing associations, local authorities and charities across the country, where we offer solutions for permanent, contract and temporary needs. We provide clients and candidates with more than just a recruitment service, but strive to continually add value to their companies or careers.
As an Associate Director, I have a lot more responsibility from a strategic perspective across the wider business and am heavily involved with the tendering process to help win new business.
In addition to my role, I am also one of the trained Mental Health First Aiders at Sellick Partnership and offer support to individuals to help them, not only with their professional successes but personally as well. Finally, I'm also a member of the Charity Champions, and have had a heavy focus on assisting with fundraising events, volunteering opportunities and have also ran workshops to support vulnerable people with employability skills and gaining future employment. As part of this group, I want to continue to shine a light on the incredible initiatives that we run and identify new opportunities where we can give back as a business.
