I am a well-established recruitment professional with over 8 years’ experience in the industry, specialising in ICT & Digital technology across the North East and on a national basis.
As Manager of the Newcastle office and Senior Manager leading the ICT & Digital specialism, the team and I pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, taking the time to really listen to what each individual needs from an opportunity or recruitment requirement.
I recruit for permanent, temporary and fixed term requirements in both the Public & Private Sectors, with a particular focus on cloud & infrastructure, cyber security, data & project & programme management. Sellick Partnership (and Adam in particular) have been an important recruitment partner for the Equans data team (sitting in technology) over the last 18 months. We have had several difficult to recruit roles which require high technical skills as well as good non-technical skills. Adam has provided us a continual flow of high calibre candidates with a high proportion of them being interviewed and several very successful hires for the business. We have a panel of agencies that we work with however the CV to interview conversion is much higher for Sellick than for other agencies for our area – clearly they take the time to understand what we are looking for and only forward on candidates that substantially meet the brief.
